Shadow On A Wall
05:10

A man handed down a fight, for what makes up ones mind. He said forget what you know of the eyes and ascend to the sunlight…Shadows come with perfect light Fire is the tie that binds. What would you say if I told you that life was just a shadow on a wall? A man handed down a scribe, a pathway to the divine. He said let go what you know of time, and relinquish to the light. Shadows come with perfect light. The full moon is the tie that binds. What would you say if I told you tonight was just a shadow of our lives? A shadow on a wall… Now I cannot recall, life before tonight, I see only light…And I can never fall back into my chains; I put out the flame, the shadows have faded. Shadows come with perfect light. Fire is the tie that binds. What would you say if I told you that life, was just a shadow on a wall? A shadow on a wall…So now I cannot recall, a life before tonight, for I see only light…And I can never fall back into my chains; I put out the flame, the shadows have faded.

San Francisco

You're looking bothered and I'm feeling bored, I think it’s time to gas up and get out. A crowd of people awaits up North, a change of scenery will help, no doubt. What you want is yours if you don’t look back, I know I’ve said it before but we're on the right track. Every once in a while, I still get high…Three hundred eighty two miles; we’ll be there tonight. Sit back and enjoy the ride and let's get high. We’ll read Bukowski aloud, and sip on wine. San Francisco tonight, we’ll feel so alive. Are we getting away to get somewhere or are we getting away to get lost? The difference between the two is everything, so if we don't know it's not worth the cost. What you want is yours if you don’t look back; I know I’ve said it before but we’re on the right track. Every once in a while, I still get high…Three hundred eighty two miles; We’ll be there tonight. Sit back and enjoy the ride, and let's get high. We’ll read Bukowski aloud, and sip on wine. San Francisco tonight, we’ll feel so alive. San Francisco awaits, say the word and we’re on our way. We’ll be there, tonight…

Never Too Late
03:54
|
|||
There’s a lady on a payphone, talking about going home, angry cause she finally gave in. Now she’s waiting for the next bus, looking for a face to trust, reading from an old magazine…Last night, I had a dream, that you woke me up after years of sleep. I need one more night to waste; I have one more sky to paint, before I know why I have waited for so long to say… It’s never too late. Now staring at the telephone, thinking about calling up, an object closer then she appears. There’s no rewind, so take it slow; Embrace tonight, then let it go. I need one more night to waste; I have one more sky to paint, before I know why I have waited for so long to say… It’s never too late. I know, life is but a dream…There’s still time…There’s still time…I need one more night to waste; I have one more sky to paint, before I know why I have waited for so long to say…It’s never too late.

March On Georgia

As the tanks rolled in to Georgia, Nataliya stood there crying. Out came from the bedroom, Father with his rifle. Mother begged and pleaded and told him not to go. He said for my child and for Georgia, I’ll give my body and my soul. “Save my love for all your days. Hold me in your heart and pray. Your whole life is waiting before you now…” As the bombs dropped on the valley, Nataliya wound her toy. She watched the ballerina, dance away with joy. When he found what was her bedroom, Father sifted through the ash. He came upon still playing, a music box right in her hands. “Save my love for all your days. Hold me in your heart and pray. Your whole life is waiting before you now…” Know that the end, never justifies the means. You’ll never see them again… your whole life, it's fading before you now… “Save my love for all your days. Hold me in your heart and pray. Save my love for all your days.” A music box, all that remains…

The Human Condition
03:47
|
|||
A car crash led you back, to feelings you felt long ago. Now everyday you wish you wouldn’t had left so angry and defeated over something that was nothing in the end. The Human Condition...Holding on by a thread…The Human Condition...So reach out your hand…In everything you see you feel it, and in every step you take you grieve them, even if they were never yours. A heart attack, or a train off the tracks, you feel every single soul wash ashore. Cause now you know, every single soul...The Human Condition… holding on by a thread…The Human Condition… so reach out your hand...We’re all subject to the same fate in the end. So reach out your hand. We’re all human. We’re all human…

Done is Done
07:05
|

What’s done is done, so why look behind you? It’s over now; let the images fade. Your biggest crime is how you’ve let it haunt you. It’s done, it’s done, send it on it’s way. It’s gonna hunt you down, If you keep leaving a trail behind you…Take a closer look, I think you will find, there’s more to life than regrets to burn alive…Either way you choose, after all, it’s your life, only you can decide…The more that you run, the quicker they find you. It’s catching up just a few steps away. What’s done is done, so why not surrender? How big of a price do you think you should pay? This thing will hunt you down, if you keep leaving a trail behind you…Take a closer look, I think you will find, there’s more to life then regrets to burn alive…Either way you choose, after all it’s your life, only you can decide, only you can decide...

Waiting Game
04:23
|
|||
I’m on the edge, and I’ve discovered that it’s paper-thin. A circumstance that makes for certain I stand perfectly still. Like the way that you walk in the dark, or the feeling you get when you’re lost. Always waiting for change, even waiting to wait. It’s been a waiting game from the start. I’m on the verge; I’m thinking that's a better place to be perched. I know I’m safe, at least from everything outside of me. That’s the one thing I keep returning to and trying to flee. A thousand miles away, yet there I stood at the same door with no key. Like the dream where you can’t seem to run, or the fear that you feel when you’re alone. Always waiting for change, even waiting to wait. It’s been a waiting game from the start. Ready or not, this waiting game has to stop. No more standing around, the fear has got me surrounded. Why should I pay, for these mistakes over again? I did my time, why can’t I see that life is often littered with mistakes, you move on, and you change. Belief is a knot; right or wrong I’m still stuck. I can’t just untie the rope, I’ve got to let it all go. So ready or not, here it comes, here’s my shot.
